Well look at that! Michele "Crazy Eyes" Bachmann has joined the roster of TTM tweeters......and she does it with a wonderful example of dubious tweeting. In this, her inaugural tweet on TTM, Bachmann tries a "AHA!, PROVES IT" tweet regarding the implementation of the ACA AKA Obamacare. To wit, she claims that because the software for signing up to Obamacare has crashed a few times, it proves that Obamacare is a failure. Of course, she doesn't use the word failure, no, she uses the insinuating phrase of "not ready for prime time."......because trying to get health care for more people is just like having a TV show. It's pure politics and hubris that dispels any notion that she, or republicans in general, care one fig for the general population of the United States. And facts? well, can't those get in the way of a good obfuscation, can we? No Michele, the system didn't crash because it's a failure or unpopular, it crashed because millions, yes, literal millions of Americans tried to sign on. The only failure was the underestimation of how many people would be signing up for the exchanges so quickly. Did the administrators drop the ball in regards to not anticipating the traffic, yes.......but please, don't dishonestly conflate that with meaning the people of the United States don't want health care coverage. For shame Michele, for shame.
