Going through the motions.......

Edict: noun: an official order or proclamation issued by a person of authority (see Monarch, Dictator)

Law: noun: a rule or regulation which is agreed upon by a country, community or group which may carry penalties.

Now that we have that out of the way, perhaps the good Pastor (?) Foster could explain his rather erroneous filled tweet.  Here we have Foster quoting war criminal and disgraced politician Allen West.  In the quote, West declares that the ACA AKA Obamacare is, in fact, an edict.  Not only an edict, but an edict issued by a tyrant. Tyrant: noun; a cruel and/or oppressive ruler (see Emperor, Monarch, Dictator). Oh dear........perhaps we should review the facts for the good Pastor.....and Allen West while were at it. Barack Hussein Obama was democratically elected President, pursuant to the Constitution of the United States. While President, he offered a bill to the House and Senate on the matter of health care known as the Affordable Care Act.  The bill was passed and signed into Law.  It was then confirmed as constitutional by the Supreme Court of the United States. These are the facts as they are understood by all rational members of the U.S. government and citizenry. Yet, for some reason, West and Foster seem convinced that the ACA was, in fact, a dictatorial edict from on high.  Well, something or someone is high but it isn't the law or the president.  Perhaps the good Pastor and Mr. West could take a remedial course in constitutional law and procedures......clearly, they need it.
