When winning is losing......

Although not surprising, this tweet by Bryan "Lyin' Fissure" Fischer displays the rights's inability to understand the most basic of concepts, such as what a win is as opposed to a loss.  Further, the tweet shows the density of the membrane that covers the right wing bubble of denial.  With blinders on full, Fischer tweets that there can be no compromise or middle ground.  Such an absolutist stand cannot hold against progress or the passage of time.......and Fischer knows it.  That said, Fischer remains steadfast in his 'opposite day' belief that, losing elections is, somehow, winning.  The republican party has lost the last 4 elections in both popular vote and electoral college votes....hardly winning.  But for Fischer and others on the right, such facts are irrelevant to their beliefs and, as such, keeps them in a constant state of denial.  Regardless of Fischer's views, the reality is far more hopeful. Secular wisdom and liberal views are winning the battle, not because of dubious or duplicitous action but, by simple virtue of being morally and ethically correct.  Fischer and his cohorts are free to live in their denial and the rest of society is free to cast them aside like so much refuse to be discarded.  The TTM happily obliges.......
