1st Amendment doesn't say that........

Trust Bryan "Lyin' Fissure" Fischer with interpreting the constitution of the U.S. completely wrong. The United States is NOT a Christian nation, nor has it ever been.  The founding fathers of the U.S., the men who actually wrote the constitution, eschewed the notion of a theocracy.....they codified the very notion in the 1st amendment:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion..."

Seems clear enough, doesn't it?  But not to Fischer or his followers.  No, they believe this line of the amendment is misintepreted and, further, that it was meant for other religions but not the Christian faith.  It's a dodge of course, the founding fathers were explicit and, in fact, most were deists and not at all Christian themselves.....not that Fischer would ever acknowledge that one salient truth.  So, because of Fischer's and others lamentable understanding of the constitution and their bias, we are left with the following tweet. Adding insult to injury, he uses this deceptive belief as a reason to not engage Syria over their use of chemical weapons.  You decide......

Yep.....I'm feeling that Christian love.....

end of line.......
